It can take years to process what we went through in pregnancy and early motherhood.
Especially if we didn't understand it at the time, or had a safe space to share.
As Rachael Rose shares this week, it's been seven years since she was incredibly ill with hyperemesis gravidarum in pregnancy…
and she's still trying to process it.
But seven years on, it's also why she now does the work that she does – creating Women's Circles and training others to do the same.
Rachael is a doula, trained facilitator, Women's Circle leader and creator of ‘Together: Women's Circle Facilitator Training Program'.
Because as she shares: we need these spaces to heal. But we also really need these spaces to share our stories.
