Without realising it, we’ve been following the rules of motherhood and womanhood that were written without our consent.
We’ve been going along the path of ‘success’, trying to be a good mother and a good woman, without realising that from the very beginning, ‘success’ means we often feel like we’re not doing enough.
You know this to be true because you’ve felt it too.
But the reason you feel this way is because
Our culture and society have not understood what happens to a woman when she becomes a mother (otherwise known as matrescence)
We’ve been following along with the rules of motherhood and womanhood that are outdated and toxic.
The Village
Is the place we get to redefine it all.
Your study of motherhood and womanhood starts with a 3 week intensive on Matrescence and Motherhood - and how motherhood has shaped and changed you, including:
- Ground-breaking insights into motherhood that will put everything you’ve been feeling into context, and help you see another way…
- Guided meditations and daily practices that are proven to rewire the way you think about yourself, help you make clearer and better decisions, and help you stay calm no matter what…
- World-leading coaching to help you push past those stories that are keeping you feeling like it’s all up to you, and bring you closer to the mama you want to be…
- The circle of women you’ve been craving - your village, your tribe.
TOGETHER, WE WILL EXPLORE...
What it means to be a ‘good mother’
How to not lose yourself in motherhood, no matter what stage of babies or children you’re at
How to feel acknowledged and valued in your family and your work without needing everyone else to ‘celebrate you’ all the time
How to slow down, let go of the need to control, and enjoy your kids
Reconnect to yourself, explore what makes you happy now, and do so without guilt
And forgive yourself for not getting it ‘right’
And then...
you will step into your village of women to begin to redefine the rest of you:
Your emotions
Your sensuality
Your relationships
Now that you have began to re-write your history, and reclaim yourself,
it is time to be invited
into The Village -
A monthly ongoing membership community where we go deeper and support each other more fully than ever before.
you're not meant to do this alone.
The Village
The Village is a monthly membership for women who want to break down all the definitions of themselves that no longer fit, and choose differently.
It is a place of women to explore what it means to be a woman.
The Village will reopen in May for a 1st June start, and October for a 1st November start
How can an online community of mamas change your life?
"At the start of this pandemic, I was deep in a tailspin.
I was deeply fearful - for my husband, for our business, our staff, for our family.
I was lying awake at night, waking in the early hours, irritable with myself and everyone around me whilst trying to hold it all together and be the perfect iso mum, manager and wife.
The Village has changed all that:
The gentle reminders to examine how I’m ‘being’, not just doing;
the opportunities to sit with a group of woman and think about what this moment might be trying to bring in and how I might welcome that;
The divine gift of Amy showing up every single morning at 6.30 to start the day in circle with the beautiful soul filling energy each meditation has brought;
The masterclasses, group chats, yoga classes- the phenomenal women in this group- it has all been such a gift.
I laugh more now.
I play more.
I am loving the fact I have chickpeas soaking on my kitchen bench!
I have invited ritual into my life in simple sustainable ways -
I check in and ask ‘what do I need?’ And then I give it to myself.
Thank you mamas for this village. I know how I want to be as a mama and a woman now, and I know HOW to do it."
- Callie, mama of three.
